We completed over 40+ dealerships across Ontario and BC. The facility measured approximately 20,000 square feet to 120,000 SF in total area. These would include ground-up projects to renovation and addition to existing facilities.

These project was designed to comply with the program requirements and  most recent version of the Ontario Building Code’s energy efficiency requirements.

Project services included feasibility planning, conceptual planning, detailed engineering, contract administration and close-out. The systems designed included HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and controls.
